Individual invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the date of issue. Ongoing contracts (such as AdWords, monthly blogging/copywriting or maintenance packages) can also be paid this but will be subject to a 10% discount if paid by standing order on a regular date (bills to pay!).

All AdWords accounts work on a rolling monthly contract, with 1 month’s notice required to terminate. A payment method will need to be supplied on your AdWords account to pay your advertising fees to Google directly.

AdWords management fees can be paid to Jigsaw via 30 day invoice or by standing order on an agreed date for a 10% discount.

Web Design

All website builds are paid for 50% upfront and 50% on completion (subject to agreed sign off and handover). The upfront 50% figure will be based on the final costing agreed with you prior to work beginning. Any changes after this point will be subject to further costs if extra time is required on the build or if any additional resources (software, upgraded hosting etc) need to be purchased.

Jigsaw will send you confirmation of these additional costs for approval and add them to a revised 50% final payment figure due on completion. If you have any questions around this process at any point, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Woo Commerce

Woo Commerce at it’s core is a free e-commerce plugin and comes complete with more than enough features for the majority of webstores.

However, certain functions may require the use of an additional extension which can incur an extra cost to purchase. In all of these instances the extra cost will be detailed to you in your quote to approve.

Woo Software Updates

As with all plugins (and also WordPress itself) Woo Commerce software comes with regular updates which you can implement yourself from the dashboard as soon as you get the keys to your website.

It is worth noting however than these updates can occasionally upset things and cause certain issues that need to be resolved to keep your site running smoothly so I always recommend testing them first.

Don’t want to do all that yourself? Then why not take out a Jigsaw Maintenance Pack to ensure that everything is kept up to date and running correctly. Call it e-peace of mind.
